Q. Is service carried out in the home or do appliances need to be brought into the workshop?

A. Our goal is to repair all appliances in the home, however in some special cases a machine may be required to go back in the workshop to undergo further testing.

Q.Is your work guaranteed?

A. All work carried out by our technicians is covered by 3 months warranty. All parts fitted are covered by 12 months warranty.

Q.Do you sell spare parts?

A. We no longer provide parts to the public directly but are more than happy to point you in the right direction for your particular brand of appliance. PLEASE NOTE: DUE THE COMPLEXITY OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AND THE DANGERS POSED BY THEM WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL INFORMATION TO UNQUALIFIED PERSONS.
